LGBTİ+ Yaşlılık Çalışmaları Programı, Şubat ve Mayıs 2024 arasında, kurulduğu günden bu yana farklı yıllarda farklı çalışmalar kapsamında hazırladığı 3 farklı yayın içerisinde yer almayan Yaşlı LGBTİ+’lara yönelik bazı iyi örneklerden 4’ünü her ay okuyucularla paylaşacağını duyurmuştu. Aynı zamanda, Mart ve Nisan aylarında zoom üzerinden iki farklı Kuşaklararası İletişim Etkinliği gerçekleştirmeyi planladığını duyurmuştu. Kuşaklararası İletişim Etkinliğinin ilki 27 Mart 2024’te gerçekleşti.

Bu söyleşi, 17 Nisan 2024 Çarşamba günü 19:00-20:00 saatleri arasında gerçekleşecek.
Söyleşiye farklı yaş grubundan 2 farklı aktivist katılacak. 20li yaşlarında bir aktivist (Ahmet) ile 40lı yaşlarındaki bir aktivisti (Seçin) bir araya getirecek olan bu söyleşi, sorulan sorularla eskiden 17 Mayıs Homofobi Karşıtı Yürüyüşler/Etkinlikler ve İstanbuldaki Onur Haftası Etkinlikleri/Onur Yürüyüşleri konusunda 25 sene önce neredeydik şimdi neredeyiz gibi bir karşıtlığı ortaya koyacak. İki farklı yaş grubunun bu konudaki geçmiş gözlemlerini ortaya koyacak.

You are invited to the Intergenerational Communication-II Meeting
The LGBTI+ Aging Studies Programme has announced that it aims to share with its readers every month between February and May 2024, 4 of some best practices around the world for LGBTI+ elders that have not been included before in 3 different publication that it has prepared within the scope of its different studies in different years since its establishment. At the same time, it announced that it plans to organize two different Intergenerational Communication Events via zoom in March and April 2024. The first one of it was held on 27 March 2024.
As a part of such advocacy activities*, the next event will be the online conversation with the title of Intergenerational Communication-II...
This event will take place on 17 April 2024 between 19:00-20:00. Two different activists of two different age group will participate in this event. This event, which will bring together an activist in their 20s (Ahmet) and an activist in their 40s (Seçin), will spot the differences between anti-homophobia meetings-May 17 marches held in the past in Ankara and pride week events/pride marches 20 years ago and the situation of such marches today through the questions asked. It will provide the observations of the activism histories of two different age groups on these subjects.
