The San José State University (SJSU) Campus Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (CCDEI) is the  thirty-eight person campus Presidential standing committee of students, staff, administrators, faculty and alumni will assess and address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion at SJSU. The CCDEI will identify equity gaps and make recommendations to the President on addressing systemic historical inequities on an annual basis. The President will meet with the committee twice a year to report on progress from the previous year’s recommendations.

The following positions are open for nominations and self-nominations for terms to serve 2023-24 academic year and 2024-25 academic year.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Members will serve a one or two-year term as indicated, beginning Fall 2023. The CCDEI holds two 120 minute meetings a month throughout Fall and Spring semesters. Members need to obtain their manager/supervisor's support before agreeing to serve on the committee.
