24/25 Fall School Year Registration Form 
Thank you for your interest in Evergreen Nature School for the Fall 24/25 school year.

Application & Enrollment Process:

  1. Fill out this form as an intention to enroll. If there is availability, we will offer you a spot. If our 1:6 ratio is full, we will add you to a waitlist and notify you either way via email.

  2. If you are granted a spot, we will send an invitation to set up your family profile through Brightwheel and sign waivers and documents.

  3. You will receive an invoice for a non-refundable $75 application/material fee PLUS a non-refundable deposit of one month's tuition. The deposit may be used as a credit for your last month's tuition with a proper 30-day notice. The invoice must be paid within 5 days to secure your child’s spot. The first month's tuition is due 5 days before school starts. If we don't have availability, we will not send an invoice, and you'll be notified.

Submitting the application form does not necessarily guarantee admission.

At Evergreen, we focus on experiential learning, hands-on experiences, physical health, emotional well-being, and social skills more than we do on academics. We use English and Spanish as our languages of instruction so that children are fully immersed and learn the language naturally.

Class Schedule:

Mon - Thur / 9:30am to 1:30pm

  • Little Explorers (ages 3-5)
  • Junior Explorers (ages 6-8)
  • Homeschool Enrichments (Junior Explorers) Choose Mon/Wed or Tue/Thur or 1 day per week

Monthly Tuition:

  • Full Time: Mon-Thur / $695 (Little Explorers) $645 (Junior Explorers)
  • Part Time: Mon/Wed or Tue/Thur / $395 (Little Explorers) $345 (Junior Explorers)
  • Ages 5+ / 1 day per week / $200
