Art Submissions 2024

AAPI Multimedia Art Exhibition in Saratoga Library during April and May in honor of AAPI Heritage Month. It is a unique opportunity to showcase your work with broader audiences.

We are now accepting submissions across expressive styles and genres in writing, poetry, photography, graphic design, painting, 2D works, and multimedia formats.  For presentation purposes, all submissions should be ready-to-hang or display.

The submission deadline is Mar. 15th. We will notify you by Mar. 22 if your work has been chosen by Saratoga Library for display and provide additional follow-up instructions at that time.

A Certificate of Recognition from the Saratoga Library will be awarded to students whose works are displayed.

* Multiple submissions are allowed, but they have to be different styles of art.

If your art is two dimensional it should be ready-to-hang. You also have the option of having your artwork hung with push pins (for art that is not framed or has no hangers).

The label will show your name and the artwork title. Please select whether or not you want your last name to be on the label.

Submitting your application means you agree to the Santa Clara County Library exhibit policy (https://sccld.org/exhibits-in-the-library/). 
The artwork should be suitable for display to a diverse audience including young, preschool children.
No items are to be removed during the exhibit period.
All items must be installed and removed by the prearranged time on the first and final days of the exhibition.
