I, the undersigned, do hereby:

1 ) ACKNOWLEDGE that, arising from the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects on and associated with game reserves and/or game lodges/or game farm, there is a real danger and risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and/or loss to property. Such risk may arise as a result of an encounter with or the presence of such animals and/or reptiles and/or birds while present at J-Bay Zebra Lodge, its surrounds and facilities;
2) ACKNOWLEDGE, That there are inherent dangers in participating in trials, ride and walks in the FARM;
3) ACKNOWLEDGE, and declare that I enter Jbay Zebra Lodge and its surrounds and partake of its facilities fully aware of the said dangers;
4) WAIVE AND ABANDON, for myself and on behalf of my spouse, companion, children (whether minor or major), dependents or relatives and/or persons accompanying me all claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising against JBay Zebra Sanctuary Lodge & Bike Park as the Operator of J-Bay Zebra Lodge and any of their holding, subsidiary and associated companies, their servants, employees, directors, shareholders and any person connected (whether directly or indirectly) with the operation of J-Bay Zebra Lodge and facilities accommodated thereon;
5) ACKNOWLEDGE, that the waiver and abandonment relates to any claim arising from harm, injury, death or loss suffered whilst entering or exiting JBay Zebra Lodge and its surrounds and whether arising from any act (negligent or otherwise), commission or omission on the part of those indemnified or any of them;
6) INDEMNITY and hold harmless the companies and person referred to in 5 above from any and all claims of whatsoever nature (including for personal injury, death or loss or damage to property) and howsoever arising of any of myself, spouse, companion, partner, children (whether minor or major), any dependents or relatives and/or any other person accompanying me to JBay Zebra Lodge (whether as invitee or otherwise);
7) WARRANT AND DECLARE that I am authorized to make and give them a foregoing Waiver and indemnity;
8) ACKNOWLEDGE, that any emergency medical treatment arranged or paid for by JBay Zebra Lodge be in its discretion and without prejudice to its rights and without any admission of liability on its part;
9) ACKNOWLEDGE, that I have read and understood the aforegoing acknowledgement, waiver and indemnity and fully understand the meaning and effect hereof and that I am bound thereby without limitation in time, the extent of damages or cause of action.
