Thank you for your interest in assisting the Crim Sports team with their mission of providing sports programs to the schools in Flint and the surrounding area. We are always in need of passionate volunteers who can help us put on the best programming possible.
Some of the options we have available right now include:
- Volunteer General Assistance - Helping with set up, tear down, crowd management, and other tasks on game or clinic days
- Volunteer Assistant Coaching - Assisting head coaches during games and/or practices
- Stipend Coaching - Become a trained coach with the Crim Sports program to practice 2-3 times per week at schools and during games (coaches are paid a stipend at the end of the season and their training and certifications are covered by Crim Sports)
Please note: signing up for one or more of these doesn't guarantee your position with us, but will kick off the process of determining if you'll be the right fit. Someone from our team will reach out to you after receiving your inquiry.
Additionally, anyone who wishes to become a coach must undergo training and background checks prior to working with the children.
