I understand that I must pay Grace & Alex $175 via Paypal (paypal.me/alexfincher01) or Venmo (@alexfincher01) to complete my order of a custom song. 

A baseline custom song is acoustic guitar-driven, includes two verses, a chorus that's repeated, a mixed audio file at least 2:30 long, and a PDF copy of the lyrics. 

I understand that the song will be received within 7 days of completed order and payment after confirmation from Grace or Alex. Grace or Alex reserve the right to decline any song order for any reason, without the need to disclose why.

I understand that 1 free revision is allowed if any details are incorrect, misunderstood or if customer feels they'd like adjustment on wording, while any revisions due to issues in audio are free. Any extra revisions will be discussed between customer and Alex or Grace.

Finally, I understand that all rights to Publishing and Master (recording) belong to Grace and Alex Fincher. I am allowed to share in private and online, but in no way monetize the song or the recording of the song without explicit consent from Grace or Alex Fincher.
