Want to give a shout out? Want to let us know something great that you see? Do you have a concern and see a place we can grow and improve?

Alhambra High School greatly values the time and talent of our coaches and student athletes, as well as the overall quality of our athletics programs. We are always interested in understanding what we do well, so we can keep on doing it, and also where we can improve. The intent of this form is to hear those commendations and concerns and to be able to provide a response. Our goal is to hear your feedback so that we can continue grow and improve our programs.

When there is a concern, Alhambra High School encourages direct communication with coaches, and therefore we would advise that prior to, or in addition to, filling out this form that you speak with the coach regarding your concern(s). You may also use this form to submit a concern directly to administration in the event you are unable or unwilling to resolve the issue directly with the coach. This form shall be submitted to the site administrator in charge of athletics (Ms. Cusack) and the principal (Mr. Doppe).

So that we can communicate back with you, and especially in order to investigate and provide a response related to concerns, it is important to share your name with administration. Please understand that in order to grow and improve our programs, relevant information may need to be shared with the athletic director (Mr. Ertola) and our assistant athletic director (Mr. Ghisletta).
