Girls 14-18 are encouraged to apply to be a girl director on the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona Board of Directors. This position is a non-voting position but girls will be otherwise fully engaged. The board meets approximately 8 times a year. Girls from outside Pima County can zoom in. In addition to board meetings, there are numerous opportunities for girls to shine in their director role throughout the year at council events. Please note, family members of GSsoAZ staff are not eligible. Applicants will be interviewed by a member/s of the Board Governance Committee.
