Please use this form to register for the class you are interested in. You may only sign up for two classes at a time. Only refugee and immigrant women are eligible to participate in these classes.

Classes are held on Thursdays, 9 AM - 12 PM at the Forai Workshop, 5021 Adkins 63116.

Classes are FREE, but you are welcome to make a small donation to help with supply costs.

Beginner (I know how to thread a sewing machine and can sew a straight line.)

Confident Beginner (I can follow instructions, sew straight and curved seams, and have completed sewing projects on my own.)

Intermediate (I am ready to learn about inserting zippers and other seam finishes.)

Advanced (I know how to sew my own clothing.)

Totes and Bags (some sewing experience required): August 21, 28, Sept 4, 11,18, 25

Zipper Pouches (best for intermediate level sewers): October 16, 23, 30, Nov 6, 13, 20

Sewing with fleece (beginners+): Dec 4, 11, 18, Jan 15, 22, 29
