We provide hand sanitizer and request all participants to either wash their hands or apply hand sanitizer before and after handling the animals. For the safety and health of all animals, it is necessary that the environment used for your event be clean and fragrant-free. The environment should be smoke-free (ie. tobacco, e-cigarettes, controlled substance smoke, and smoke from PTFE & PFOA Teflon pans, also known as, non-stick ware) and fragrant-free (ie. aerosol sprays, household cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, and fumes from self-cleaning ovens.) We reserve the right to make ‘day of the event’ decisions regarding the animals we bring. Sometimes the animals may not be up for handling on that particular day. For public settings, any permissions and permits that may be required are the responsibility of the customer to obtain in advance.   *
All pets must be secured behind a closed door, carrier or enclosure before Enchanted Immersive Zoological Center and its team can enter the premises. Service animals (NOT emotional support animals) are welcome BUT must be well behaved and secured with a leash. *
Enchanted Immersive Zoological Center, My Reading Pal and Hugs & Hope accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. *
A $50 mileage fee will be added for locations 20 miles or more from the Decatur (30034) area. Distance will be calculated using Google Maps.  Long distance programs (40+ miles) are welcomed but will require an additional mileage fee, please contact us for distance and, if applicable, additional mileage fees. The travel fee is due no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.   *
In the event that an outdoor program needs to be canceled due to inclement weather, a refund will not be issued. However, the customer will be allowed to reschedule the program.     *
At any time, the customer may cancel the program scheduled. All cancellations must be made ten (10) days before the scheduled event to qualify for a full refund, excluding the 20% non-refundable fee.  If the customer cancels the program one (1) to nine (9) days prior to the event, no refund will be received.  In the event that Enchanted Immersive Zoological Center, My Reading Pal or Hugs & Hope cancels the event, all monies previously paid will be refunded in full, within seven (7) business days, including the 20% non-refundable fee.  All cancellations MUST be sent via email.  Refunds will be sent within seven (7) business days.   *
