Betti Wiggins is leading Detroit's students and schools through a food revolution. Hear her speak about what it takes to change procurement, growing and cooking in institutions. Through Betti’s work, more than 50,000 students in the Detroit system are now eating healthy food, local whenever possible, with many students now involved in school gardens.
