This year's MEF Gala is fast approaching (Saturday, April 11th) and we are counting on YOU to make it a success! Together, we can make the work light and the results big for our Millbrae kids.

Volunteer shifts will be day prior and day of only. We will confirm any assignment prior to finalizing your commitment, so use this form to indicate any and all shifts that could work for you. *You do not need to be attending the Gala to help! Thank you!

PRE-EVENT Help: Tasks may include assembly of programs/bidder number inserts, assembly or organization of decor/signage, etc. Please check box if you may be able to help, depending on final date/time.

Friday April 10th 7pm-9pm somewhere here locally in Millbrae

DIY at home assembly of decor, signage, props, etc. (on own time, help from home or other)

Saturday April 11th - Day of help (time ranges from 9:15am - 4:00pm)

Please mark all time slots you are available on Gala Day of, April 11th. The below shifts will all be held at the Millbrae Rec Center.

Before Gala 9:15am -12:30pm

Before Gala12:30pm- 4:00pm

Check in table 4:40 -6:30pm (may not go this late depending on guests arrival)

Sell raffle tickets during the event (QR code lanyard) 4:15pm -6:45pm explain raffle items and where to put their tickets

Sell drink tickets 4:40-7:30pm -handle cash, credit cards and distribute tickets for guests to get drinks

Sell drink tickets 9:00pm - 11:30pm -handle cash, credit cards and distribute tickets for guests to get drinks

Bid Spotter during the auction 7:30pm - 9:00pm use glow sticks to highlight those bidding

Bid Tracker 7:30pm - 9:00pm stay inside the main room and track live auction items on paper

Clean up decor 10:00pm - 12:00am (may not go this late)

Help transport items post gala with your vehicle
