Klausurtagung 2024
Our Klausurtagung will take place between Wednesday, 17th and Friday, 19th of April at the beautiful Seegut Blaue Blume. We ask you to fill out this form until 20th of February so that we know when you will be there (to reserve a sleeping spot) and which means of travelling you have access to (to coordinate the arrivals/departures efficiently)

Schedule
The office team will be arriving in the morning/midday of Wednesday 17th of April, so that we can start the first working session in the afternoon at 14:30.
Board members are welcome to join on any day, however 18th of April is concepualised as the main working day, where we ask board members to be present on site, if possible, from 9:30am. Please plan your arrival only during the times that are listed below in the form so that we can maintain our workflow.
The final working session will be happening on Friday until 14:00. After that everyone will depart back to Berlin. 
Here is a sneak peak of the first draft of the schedule for the Klausurtagung. Please bear in mind that it is work in progress and feel free to give short feedback in the form. 

Transport
The house is located 1:40 minutes drive from our office. It takes around 3 hours to get there by public transport. We want to coordinate our travels to have carpools from Berlin and pick ups from Prenzlau train station, which would reduce the travel time when using public transport to appx. 2 hours. 
Please let us know if you have special needs considering the accomodation and travel. 

Accomodation
We plan to have shared double rooms for everyone who is coming and need information about when you will be on site/how long you will be staying. Please let us know if you have special needs considering the accomodation. 

Food
We will get 3 meals per day from the location. Please answer the questions about your attendance, dietary restrictions so that we can inform the venue about our needs.
