Compost Participant Agreement
Hello!  We are very excited to launch our composting pilot program.  Make sure you are familiar with what we will and will not accept for compost before registering.  We are asking for a $5 bucket deposit to cover costs in the event that buckets are damaged or lost.  Should you end your participation in the program, your bucket deposit will be returned to you.  After electronically signing this agreement, let us know next time you are recycling at the Highlands Recycling Center and we will collect your deposit and get you your bucket!  Thanks so much!  Feel free to reach out to us at recycle@ocswawv.org or (304) 639-9640 if you have any questions or concerns.

I agree to pay a $5 compost bucket deposit fee. If I lose my bucket, I will need to pay another $5 deposit fee. At the end of this program, I will receive by $5 deposit fee back in exchange for my clean, intact bucket.
