FCIDD Participating Club Registration FY2025/26
Completing this form indicates your club's wishes to be an FCIDD Participating Club in the October 1, 2025- September 30, 2026 fiscal year and indicates your club will have 

EITHER a designated representative for the three Board of Directors meetings (held the second Thursday of November, April, and September at 7pm online) 

OR a member of your club is serving as an active committee volunteer during this time period. 

Participating Clubs are able to apply for FCIDD grants and take part through board or committee membership in directing the current and future work of the FCIDD.
