Bribi Art Class Registration 
Classes offered to: 
Online for ages 10-13 / In person for ages 8 and up

Cost: Each class is $50, 2 classes per month. 1 drawing fundamental is taught per month w/ homework. Both classes will need to be attended to learn the fundamental. 
Schedule: Classes are held in person/online on Wednesdays, from 3 PM to 5 PM. (Dates will be selected in the form)
Materials: Students are responsible for providing their own materials. (The full materials list costs under $50.) List will be given once enrolled. 
Location: (Bakersfield area, 93314.) / Zoom (Online)

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & TERMS
  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY: ABILITY TO ENGAGE IN ART ACTIVITIES AND ASSUMPTION OFTHE RISK -  BribiArt takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy and enjoyable experiences. The client warrants that they or their child is able to follow directions for all activities in and outside the studio/class/location. The client acknowledges that risks from participation in class activities and on the premises exist and that the client has allowed themselves or their child to attend art class knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury.
  • WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The client agrees that they will not hold BribiArt or the property 100 Ritter CT, Bakersfield CA, 93314 liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. The client agrees to release and hold harmless BribiArt and owner, Anthony Bribiesca, from all liability incurred as a result of the client's or client's child's participation in the studio/class and that these terms serve as a release for the client, volunteers, property owners and members of the client's family. 
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I allow my child listed above to participate in this art class and I agree with the terms and conditions. 
  • PHOTO RELEASE: My student's image may appear in photographs related to the class or on the BribiArt.com website and social media for class promotion purposes only. 
  • Heartland: I understand that payment for Service Certificates must be received the month prior. 
  • Cancelation Policy: Please take a close look at your calendar before booking! 50% deposits will be held at the time of RSVP, remaining balance refund issued before May 1st. May 1st and beyond: Ticket is non refundable.
