This opportunity will help in the transition as your child will see a day in the life of a middle schooler.
This form acts as your student's permission slip.
The Fifth Grade Wilson Field Trip is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, from 9:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.  
As part of the trip, students will be having lunch at Wilson; therefore, they are required to have a sack lunch.  During the day, students will visit eight classrooms and cannot return to retrieve items left behind. Please ensure that items are disposable, as students will not be carrying any belongings back to school. Also, kindly inform us if your child requires a sack lunch from Aldridge by selecting the appropriate option on the Google form.  
Please note that no paper permission slips will be distributed. Instead, parents are asked to complete the permission form via the provided Google link. Attendance is encouraged for all students regardless of the middle school they will be attending.  
The completed Google permission form must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, in order for your child to participate in the event.
