-Deadline for submitting a panel/event is (TBA) - As we need to make the final definitive schedule soon after that
-Panels/Events will most likely be held in Main Stage (Sala A) exclusively unless nature of event does not permit it
-Panels/Events MUST be in English
-A Staff member can assist you during setup/breakdown
-If you provide a laptop with a slideshow/presentation; you can use our projector on our screen
-Try to host interesting subjects that everyone can understand
-We encourage you to make the panel/event interactive
-Be a fun host, think of interesting ways to engage with attendees during your panel/event
-We have the right to refuse panels/events that are dangerous, unhygienic, considered gross, are about sensitive subjects, or overly inappropiate/sexual
-Please try to work with us on finding a suitable time and day for your event: some days will be busier on the schedule than others with specific times more sought after than others. This is why we ask you to stay open minded for timeslots to host your event that works both for us and you.
