LMS Title I Parent Survey 2025-2026
This survey is intended to gather information concerning the Title I program at Lebanon Middle School. If you have children at both an elementary school and a middle school, we would like for you to complete the survey twice -- once for each school.

Title I is a federal program that MCPS schools use to provide opportunities and resources such as interventionists, literacy materials, family engagement nights, drive-through events, and supplies.
