This form will be accepting Shirt orders until July 25th, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT. No orders placed after this point can be fulfilled. At the competition, Shirts can be picked up by your designated pickup person. We will also be ordering a
very limited number of Shirts to sell at the competition, but once they're gone, they're gone. Ordering ahead is the only way to guarantee getting a T-Shirt or Hoodie.

Order Pickup
Shirt orders will be able to be picked up at Check-In on Saturday. We will have an extra volunteer to help facilitate the order pickup.
Payment Method
We will be accepting order payments through the MCA's PayPal at contact@midwestcubing.org. Please let us know if PayPal does not work for you.
After your submission, there will be a link to send payment to MCA. If no payment is received, you will be contacted via the email listed in your order with a request for payment.
Your order will not be finalized until the full payment has been received.
