10:30 – 11:45 AM / Tour of Plumber & Steamfitter training facility, Springfield

11:45 – 12:15 PM / Travel to Operating Engineers Local 965 training facility in Buckhart

12:15 – 2:00 PM / Lunch and tour of Operating Engineers facility

2:00 – 3:00 PM / Travel back to Decatur
