"Practicing Lean" Author Interest
This is a form for people who are interested in submitting a chapter to the eBook "Practicing Lean," to be written and edited by Mark Graban. Filling out this form (or even submitting a chapter) is not a guarantee of being selected for inclusion in the book. In the near future, Mark will share guidelines for a chapter along with the introductory chapter and personal story he is sharing.

The idea of the book is to share honest reflections of our first years in Lean or continuous improvement. The idea is to talk about mistakes that were made (around us or especially by us). It's not a book for case studies or braggadocio. It's meant to demonstrate "leading with humility" and the realization that the first year is challenging (as is the 5th, and 10th, and 20th, in different ways).

This is not a chance to write "about yourself," ala a memoir. It's a chance to write about your experiences and reflections in a way that uncovers lessons that are useful to others. It's not just "what I did wrong" or "here's a funny story" - it's a chance to be honest, reflect, and share.

I hope you'll consider participating or at the least want to read the book when it's out.
