2014 Scrimmage Registration Form
Required fields are indicated with a small red asterisk.*

Use this form to apply for the Los Altos Robotics Scrimmage at Blach School on Sunday, October 19, 2014. Our capacity is limited to 28 teams. Historically more teams have asked to participate in the scrimmage than we can accommodate.  If that happens, then the Los Altos Robotics Board will choose teams with a preference for teams from Los Altos and Mountain View area to have confirmed a volunteer to help with the scrimmage, with an additional preference for rookie teams.

IF YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST, JUST SUBMIT A NEW REQUEST.

There will be a $20 registration fee for the scrimmage, to cover expenses of running the Los Altos Robotics organization and events.  Please make the check payable to 'Los Altos Robotics' with  'scrimmage payment' in the memo section and mail your $20 registration fee to

A summary of the teams with team names, coaches names, school and grade information is generated from this information and shared publicly. This summary does not have phone numbers or email addresses. We will take reasonable precautions not to spread this information improperly. If you have any concerns about this, please note them in the "other information we should have about your team" section at the end of the registration form.

We will let teams know by the end of September if they have a spot at the scrimmage.  We will also have a waiting list in case selected teams decide not to participate.

Preferred Tournament Venue *
Indicate your team's preference for the end-of-season tournament. Note: Tournament assignments are made by NorCal FLL, and are subject to space available. Choosing the Los Altos Robotics tournament below does not guarantee you a slot in that tournament. FLL Field Availability *
We need teams to bring their FLL tables, mats, and mission models to the scrimmage and tournament to be used for practice, competitions, and design judging. If a team attends both the scrimmage and tournament, then we expect the team to provide their table for at least one of these events. We will coordinate transport help for Los Altos area teams without a suitable vehicle (see next question). Special thanks to those teams that bring their tables to both events!
