How many hours are you available to volunteer? *

What positions are you interested in? *

Setup (6 slots, 1st shift only) – Hang up décor outside, make sure banners and signage are placed right, move tables, set up tents and tables, water, food, sponsor swag is set up and visible, welcome musicians, temp vendors, sponsors and sound guys.

Parking Lot (11 slots) – Make sure no one is parking illegally or blocking anyone in the main parking area. Encourage safe crossing of street at crosswalks. Welcome vendors and musicians throughout the day to drop off their stuff.

Event Flow (10 slots) – Capacity in building, cleaning, recycling, garbage, helping with kids activities, population tracker (count).

Main Mercado Welcome Booth (12 slots) – Give aways for “birthday present” winners, Mercado stew. Food handlers card requested, but not required.

Alcohol ID/Monitoring (14 slots) – alcohol service permit, ID guest, give wristbands. Alcohol serving permit requested, but not required.

Clean up Crew (6 slots, 4th shift only) – gets an extra reward towards the end of their shift, potential prices and drinks!
