WorkWave’s Community sites give our customers product-specific access to our knowledge base in a branded, visually guided, and categorized fashion. The PestPac, RealGreen, Tg+/Templa, and WinTeam Community sites also allow users to be enabled for access, using a username/password to sign in.
These logins are connected to the contact’s permission profile in our CRM. This profile grants the customer visibility and communication on support cases. For some sites, it also provides access to a peer-to-peer discussion forum and the ability to submit ideas directly to the Product teams.
