2025 Summer Dates of Attendance 
GLSA Summer Camp runs from June 30th - August 29th 
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30PM. 

Please use this enrollment form to check all of the days that your child will be attending GLSA. One form should be completed for each child you would like to enroll.

You must sign up for a minimum of 2 days for any given week, unless you receive approval from the Director. 

In addition to this form, you MUST also complete the GLSA Returning or New Student Registration form, the Summer Authorizations and Agreements form, and Immunizations form. All forms are available on our website: https://greenlakechildcare.org/ .

Summer DROP DEADLINE: May 12, 2024

NOTE: If you need to change this schedule, you must do so in writing by the drop deadline. You are responsible for full tuition after the drop deadline regardless of whether your child attends.
There will be no tuition refunds for absences due to illness, vacation, etc.
