2025 SEED Food and Wine Austin Exhibitor Form for the Grand Tasting Village
Become an Exhibitor at the 2025 SEED Food and Wine Austin Grand Tasting Village!

The mission of the SEED Food and Wine Festival is to inspire, entertain and educate our community and the thousands of patrons who flock to our events from across the country, on the benefits of plant-based living, sustainability and wellness. 

Showcase your samples or products at a day-long smorgasbord of incredible food, drinks, speakers, demos, wellness, shopping, and much, much more! Tickets will include food and drinks all day at the nation’s ultimate event dedicated to celebrate the best in plant-based health, wellness, and conscious, sustainable living. The crowd will sip on brews, hear celebrity speakers, get fit with our wellness stage, recharge in the meditation lounge, check out crafts, buy cruelty-free fashion, and sample delicious plant-based treats from a myriad of restaurants, bakeries, brands, wines, spirits, coffees, and juices.

Exhibitors can distribute samples, sell merchandise or apparel, sell packaged foods, distribute promotional materials, provide products for VIP and General Gift Bags, contribute to an online auction, etc.  We are open to discussing creative ways to collaborate with companies aligned with our mission.

  • Saturday, October 25th, 2025

  • Hours: 12pm-6pm

  • 3,000 - 4,000 guests 

  • Present minimum 2,000 samples (bite sizes for food/2 oz for drinks)

  • Four (4) working credentials

  • All Exhibitors serving food must complete The Temporary Food Permit Application , email the completed application by October 1, 2025 to hello@seedfoodandwine.com , pay The City of Austin The Temporary Food Permit Fee of $280. (Late fees apply to applications received after October 8th - $100 as determined by the health department) 

  • Must provide Insurance naming SEED Food & Wine Austin, LLC as Additional Insured on your policy

  • All Exhibitors are required to only present, serve, advertise and display ‘plant based’ / ‘vegan’ products and decorations. This means no animal products, (ie., no dairy, eggs, honey, animal derived gelatin, leather or feathers, etc.)

  • All samples must be served in BPI-certified compostable materials for sampling and serving food & drinks (including plates, sampling cups, utensils, napkins, cups, straws, and other disposables

The form below is an application only and does not guarantee acceptance in the 2025 SEED Food and Wine Austin festival. Once we review applications, we will notify those who are participating to sign an agreement.

Non-Profits

We are pleased to offer a reduced exhibitor rate for non-profits that are certified 501c3 organizations. Non-profit space is limited.

We understand that times can be challenging for businesses and we would love to support our local small businesses by offering a special rate to exhibit at a reduced or complimentary cost. If your business could benefit from this opportunity, please send us a message explaining your situation. Complimentary spaces are limited.
