Bobcat Virtual School Request Form - 2025/2026 School Year
- Berryville School District's "Bobcat Virtual School" is available for students in grades 6–12. 

- You must fill out a request form for each individual student requesting to be enrolled in the Bobcat Virtual Education Program.
 
- Upon completion and after review of this form, the BVS facilitator will contact you to schedule a meeting with you and your student to discuss virtual course options for the upcoming semester.

- The District may limit or deny a student’s access to online courses if their past performance in digital learning shows it may not be a good academic fit. 

- If your student is new to the Berryville School District or formerly homeschooled, you will also need to complete a district enrollment form.
