How easy was it to follow the three day test schedule? (two period block, different periods each day) [1 is not easy at all to 5 extremely easy] *
How easy was it to use the computer you were assigned to for testing? [1 is not easy at all to 5 extremely easy] *
How easy was it having a different lunch schedule on Wednesday? [1 is not easy at all to 5 extremely easy] *
Was the bell ringing to begin/end periods or lunch distracting to your testing experience? *
How motivated were you to be present for all three days of testing with the dress down pass as a reward? [1 is not motivated at all to 5 the pass was the only reason I showed for all 3 days!] *
