We are very excited to invite you to our Workshop: Professional Email Writing that is happening on Wednesday, July 16! We want you to attend this event to revise and improve your e-mail writing skills, and connect with us.

Through this workshop you will be able to:
  • Understand the purpose of professional emails and their impact on business communication.
  • Identify the key elements of a professional email, including subject lines, greetings, body text, and closing remarks.
  • Gain insight into the tone and style appropriate for different types of professional emails.
  • Learn how to use language effectively in emails to convey a professional image.
  • Practice writing and editing emails, with feedback from the instructor and other participants.
