A $15 registration fee is due before class starts. (This covers prizes, copies.) Tuition is due Lesson #1- $240 single child/$280 per family, or 4 payments of $60/$70 on the 1st of each month. Tuition is non-refundable. Tuition will not be refunded for missed classes or for discontinuing the program. There are 15 lessons per semester. Enrollment in the SB program purchases a spot in the class for a full semester. Please discuss any extenuating circumstances with Ms. Gina, i.e. job loss, moving, severe illness. * *
Payment is due Lesson #1, and then on the 1st of the month, if paying monthly. (Sept-Dec & Jan-April) I have reviewed the Class Calendar (found on the Parent Portal of www.msginasmusicstudio.com) and agree to the dates and payment terms. If tuition is not paid by the due date, I will add a $10 late fee. * *
I understand that I must enroll (through the LPM website) any younger siblings in a class, age 9 months and above, and pay the family tuition rate. I can choose what additional materials to order for younger siblings, i.e. workbook, instrument. *
I will bring my student's workbook to class each week. I will use my SB tote bag to contain the class workbook, puppets, and class instrument. I will sit and participate with my child and avoid using my cell phone as much as possible during class time. *
Ms. Gina's music class is a safe place. Children are learning just by being there. If they choose not to participate, even if Ms.Gina has invited them to, it is OK! I will stay positive and participate in class even if my child is not. *
I have downloaded the Let's Play Music app and gained access to my child's class Album. I have also downloaded and shared access with other caregivers who will be accompanying my child to music class. *
I understand that it will be required of me to use the parent portal located on www.msginasmusicstudio.com to stay in communication with the teachers and studio. I will bookmark the appropriate links and be prepared so I don’t miss anything. *
If we are going to miss a class, I will notify the teacher BEFORE class starts by logging into my parent portal and reporting my child isn’t coming by “canceling” their scheduled lesson. I understand that the teacher will not answer phone calls or texts right before, during, or right after class. I understand this will help keep the children safe. *
Additional children not enrolled may not attend class without permission from Ms. Gina. *
I will help my child arrive to class about 5 minutes early, so they can remove shoes, do the name activity and get comfortable in class. *
No gum, candy, food or toys allowed in class, unless approved by Ms. Gina for special circumstance, i.e. our class recital, birthday celebrations. *
I understand that pictures and videos will be taken in class and agree to allow photos and videos to be posted of myself and my child. Our names will never be posted with our pictures or videos unless the teacher requests permission. *
Ms. Gina works hard to maintain a safe teaching environment, and has never had a problem with accidents. However, the Presto program does involve physical movement. By registering in this program, I, the parent or legal guardian, accept full financial and legal liability for any accident or injury, or sickness that could possibly happen to my child, myself, or any guest accompanying me, while in Gina Hill's home or on her property. I release Let's Play Music, Gina and Kirtis Hill and all their heirs and connections from all liability. *
Students will be encouraged to use hand sanitizer before and after class. Face masks may be worn according to your family's preference. Please use wisdom, if your child show any signs of illness, notify the teacher, and stay home.
