Survey Description
The purpose of the Federal Programs Advisory Board is to improve student achievement in federally funded education programs through state-level policy and regulatory review. This survey has two sections: Stakeholder feedback (Section 2) (required section) and the Advisory Board Questionnaire. To submit this survey, the Stakeholder Feedback Section (Section 2) must be completed.

Survey participant data and information entered in the Stakeholder Feedback Section (Section 2), will be used for program planning and development of the Federal Programs Advisory Board. All school community members are welcomed and encouraged to complete this survey, as it will provide very important information on how to best serve students throughout Indiana. This section should take no more than five minutes to complete. If you are not interested in serving as a board member, you may skip the next section and submit.

Additionally, the purpose of Advisory Board Questionnaire Section 3 of this survey is to gather candidate information. Those interested in serving as a Federal Programs Advisory Board member should complete Section 3, so members of the IDOE may review for consideration. School community members not interested in serving on the advisory board may skip the Advisory Board Questionnaire (Section 3), and submit. Questions regarding this survey or the Federal Programs Advisory Board should be directed to Nathan Williamson at
