Camp LJCC's Counselor in Training or CIT program is designed to teach leadership skills, responsibility, and counseling skills to rising 9th and 10th graders who are looking to become counselors in the coming years.
CITs will assist camp counselors as well as working with different age groups. CITs will also work together to plan Color Wars, camper programs and weekly Shabbat experiences. Our CIT program is designed to be fun, challenging, and create a lasting positive summer experience.
Prospective applicants will be contacted for an interview. Please bring summer schedule of availability with you at that time. Please reference the list of CIT eligibility requirements below before applying.
