Compliance with health, safety, and local and state tax regulations are the responsibility of the vendor. Food vendors will be required to submit a copy of their Mobile Food Service Permit. Vendor booths are not insured by Earthtone Productions, NW Roots Festival, Enumclaw Expo Center, or any sponsoring agents. Vendors assume full responsibility for safeguarding their goods and assume all liability that arises from the sales of their products on the premises of NW Roots Festival.
