Dear Delegate,

We hope this message finds you well and thank you for signing up for the upcoming East Africa Exhibition Forum taking place in Nairobi, Kenya.

Considering the ongoing situation in the Middle East, which has unfortunately affected a number of planned Conferences and Exhibitions worldwide, we understand travel plans may be impacted.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know whether you will be able to attend the EAEF Forum. Please submit your response by tomorrow, 5 March 2026, 12:00 PM East Africa Time.
