Liability

Renter agrees to hold Rys Enterprise and Taylor Rys harmless from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the rental.

 Insurance

For events or classes open to the public, proof of liability insurance may be required. Renter is responsibility for carrying their own liability insurance.

Damage & Clean-Up

Renter agrees to leave the space/items in the condition it/they was/were found. Any damage caused will be billed to the Renter. 

Clean up time will be billed to renter $15 for every 15 minutes that we are required to clean items/equipment/spaces.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance will receive a refund minus the deposit. No refunds within 72 hours of the rental.

Studio Rules

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Only indoor dance shoes or bare feet allowed on dance floors.

Studio time includes setup and cleanup. Please arrive and exit within your scheduled rental window.

No loud music or excessive noise that disrupts other classes or tenants (if applicable).
