You are invited to compete in the 2025 Baby Bannertown Pageant. The pageant will take place at Mayfield Jr./Sr. High School on August 10th at 4pm. $15 entry fee, the deadline to register is August 3rd, 2025. Registration fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
This year’s Baby Bannertown competition is going to be a little different. We will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place of each age category (will be listed below) then we will have an OVERALL Baby Bannertown winner which will be drawn out of all entries.
Age Categories:
Newborn - 5 months
6 months - 11 months
12 months - 23 months
2 years - 3 years
4 years
Qualifications:
Contestant must live, or attend school/childcare in Fulton/Montgomery Counties. Must be no older than 4 years old in 2025. Must Submit application, registration fee, headshot/photo, contract, and birth certificate to be fully registered.
The Competition:
Contestants will be scored on appearance, personality, stage presence, attire, and overall impression. This is an onstage competition. Parents are welcome to come on stage with child unless child is capable and willing to walk on stage alone. There is no talent performance in this pageant.
The age group winners will win a stuffed bear, and a trophy. The overall Baby Bannertown will receive a crown, sash, crown pin, a bouquet from @eternalroseboutique, and a custom “Miss Bannertown Fair” T-Shirt. Overall winner will be expected to attend the parade the morning of August 16th, attend the fair and spend some time at the Miss Bannertown Fair Booth (unless discussed otherwise), attend planned appearances/fundraisers throughout the year, and attend the 2026 Miss Bannertown Fair Pageant to crown their successor, date TBD.
Other awards will include:
•People’s Choice
•Participation Award for all contestants
•1st Contestant Award (must be FULLY registered to receive)

•Email or text a copy of birth certificate
•Email or text a headshot/photo of contestant (photo will not be scored)
•Fill out contract that will be sent after you submit the form
