I acknowledge and agree that cycling and operating a bike may be hazardous and may result in accident or injury to me or other persons. I am aware of and assume full responsibility for all such risks, as well as any risks connected with cycling or participating in any sport, exercise or physical exertion while joining a Hendry’s Group Ride.

I represent to Hendry’s that I am in good health and suffer from no physical impairment which would result in my joining a Hendry’s Group Ride causing harm to myself or others. I agree to follow all directions and warnings of Hendry’s and to follow all road rules when joining a Hendry’s Group Ride. I represent to Hendry’s that I will not join a Hendry’s Group Ride while under the influence of alcohol or any drugs, and Hendry’s reserves its right to deny participation based on its own judgment.

I acknowledge and agree that Hendry’s, its officers, employees and agents (Hendry’s Personnel) will not be liable for any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind whatsoever for, or on account of death, personal injury, property damage, third party liability or any other loss (Claims) resulting from joining a Hendry’s Group Ride except to the extent that such Claims were caused by the negligence or wilful act or omission of Hendry’s or Hendry’s Personnel. I hereby release and hold harmless Hendry’s and Hendry’s Personnel from and against any and all such Claims except to the extent that such Claims were caused by the negligence or wilful act or omission of Hendry’s or Hendry’s Personnel.

I have read this release and waiver and fully understand, by ‘signing up’ to the ride agree to comply with, its contents.
