The Early Learning Centre (ELC) provides care for families with children ages 18 months to four years in either full-time or part-time enrolment. We are also a subsidized program with the City of Toronto and families who qualify for child care subsidy through Metro Children's Services, may receive assistance with their monthly fees: https://www.toronto.ca/community-people/employment-social-support/child-family-support/child-care-support/

The ELC currently has a waiting list of approximately 12 – 15 months. To put your information on the waitlist, please fill out the waitlist application form below. The application form does not guarantee your child a space in the program, however the administrative support at the ELC works diligently to offer space to as many families as possible. Admission to the ELC program is on a first-come, first-served basis with priority reserved for Toronto Metropolitan University's students, faculty and staff.
