Leadership Team members are expected to make a meaningful contribution while keeping the commitment manageable. This typically includes:

- Attending a 30-minute leadership meeting twice per month.

- Leading or co-leading one to two community events per year.

- Leveraging your network, expertise, and connections whenever relevant to support the community.

- Helping grow and engage the community by encouraging prospective members to join LebNet and fostering ongoing participation.

The commitment is intentionally flexible, allowing members to contribute based on their availability, strengths, and interests while helping shape and grow the local LebNet community.
