Event Rules and Regulations Acknowledgement

Please read and acknowledge the following rules and regulations:

Booth Space: Only booth space is provided. You must provide your own canopy, table, chairs, racks, decoration, etc. CA Seller’s Permit and all food permits must be available for inspection prior to set-up. No merchandise sales will be allowed without a Valid Permit. Postdated checks will NOT be accepted.

Health Permits: Food vendors must provide a list of all foods to be sold. All food vendors are responsible for the appropriate health permits and fees with the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health. Late permits will incur a County late fee. Contact 858.505.6809 or FHDtempevents@sdcounty.ca.gov for more info.

Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space, including bagging their trash and disposing of it in the venue’s dumpster.

Electricity: Limited electricity is available and must be reserved in advance. Requests on the day of the event cannot be accommodated.

Event Hours/Set-Up/Breakdown: The event runs from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Vendors must be ready by 12:00 PM. Set-Up starts at 10:00 AM, and all vehicles must be out by 11:00 AM. Loading areas are available in front and rear of the building.

Liability: The San Diego Beatles Fair Committee assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from vendor activities. Vendors agree to indemnify the Fair Committee for any negligence or misconduct.

Merchandise Rights: The San Diego Beatles Fair Committee reserves the rights to produce and sell event merchandise.
