This form and payment of $35 to secure your spot will be due ASAP. Your spot is only guaranteed once payment has been received. If you are a DSD vendor* please reach out to us before sending payment to make sure your company is not already represented.

Store Hours may vary depending on holidays. Please check their Facebook page for the most current store hours if you plan to drop off your payment in person.

All vendors and participants will be set up on Main St. within the road closures of Franklin and Richmond St. Setup will begin promptly at 8am as soon as the street closures are in place. Breakdown will begin exactly at 2pm and you must be completely off the street by 3pm when the road will reopen. Location of each vendor will be assigned and more specific details will be emailed within 2 weeks prior to the event.

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT, no electricity is available. You must provide our own properly weighted tent and tables. The event will be held rain or shine. Registration fees are non refundable.

We ask that in addition to your registration fee each vendor donate a raffle prize. Donations for raffle (minimum value of $15) should be dropped off at the raffle tent the day of the event.

PLEASE NOTE You will receive an email with more detailed information approx 2 weeks before the event. This email will include your set up location and exact arrival time.
