IGFA Passports to Fishing "Clinic in a Box" Online Application
The IGFA has created the Passports to Fishing program as one way to accomplish our 80th anniversary initiative of teaching 100,000 kids around the world to fish. These “fishing clinics in a box” are equipped with everything needed to conduct an angling education event for youth and their families including educational curriculum, station signage, education station materials, rods and reels, starter tackle, and more. Please complete the questions below to apply for your IGFA Passports to Fishing “fishing clinic in a box”.

Please note: kits are limited and are meant to be used to host multiple angling education events throughout the year and not just for one-time events. All materials including the rods and reels remain with the kit. This application does not guarantee a kit. All applications will be reviewed by the IGFA.
