Mindfulness techniques that will assist them in expressing and communicating

The Power of Practicing Positive Self Talk
This workshop will teach the power of positive thinking by
providing ways to maintain a positive attitude in challenging times, and understand
the importance of Mindfulness in our daily lives. The speaker will provide
tools that can be easily implemented to help become a skill that can shape and
transform the participant’s lives.

New Year, New You….Vision Board Empowerment Workshop
This workshop will engage individuals in the discussion of
values, visions, and goals centered around decision-making, meaning, and the
impact of pouring into self. Workshop activity will have a mindfulness moment,
a self-assessment, journaling session, and a vision-building exercise.
