Conference Sponsorship does NOT include any tickets to the full event, although Gold Sponsors may bring two additional people (on top of any paid NZITF member-attendees) for the duration of the lunch hour, and Silver Sponsors may bring one additional person (on top of any NZITF member-attendees). Non-NZITF Members will not be able to attend TLP:Red and TLP:Amber talks.
The identities and contact details of attendees and members are strictly confidential and will not be shared, nor should attendees be contacted unsolicited after the event (unless they voluntarily gave you their details).
Giveaways are fine, but you must arrange and pay for transport of merchandise to the event, and properly dispose of, or take away, any surplus with you after the event. We do not have secure storage available.
