As a mentor, your active participation and engagement are essential to facilitating the success of your mentee. To begin this empowering process, please complete the form below. Once submitted, your registration will be reviewed by the Nebraska PGA Mentorship Committee. You will then be assigned associate(s) who best align with your career path, personality, or geographical location.

Given the collective interest, multiple mentors may be assigned to an associate based on total sign-ups. We encourage you to proactively reach out to the supervising professionals of each associate to aid the mentorship process effectively.

Throughout the mentorship, you will engage the mentee in a structured 6-step process designed to elevate their personal and professional development. This journey is critical not only for their growth but also for enabling us to provide meaningful, comprehensive feedback at the end of the year. Your commitment to this program will offer them invaluable insights, support, and guidance, aiding their preparation for future career milestones.
