This form is to allow your business to take advantage of our Heartland Restaurant Online Ordering and Delivery for 90 days. You must supply your own iPad and a menu limited to 25 items with only simple global modifiers (Ex. Extra Meat, No Cheese, Dressing on Side, etc.).

Details:
•   1 Terminal with online ordering free for 90 days. Heartland processing is required - normal rates apply.

•   25 item limit with basic global modifiers. If you want more of your menu, we can quote full menu programming.

•   If  you are interested,we can guide you through a demo so you can learn the full capabilities of the system.

•   This is designed to be a quick and easy way to get a restaurant up and running for online ordering and pickup. This is not our Standard Menu Programming, Installation, & Training package. If you decide to keep the POS system, we can quote you full menu programming & training.

•   You will have full access to the POS, including the Back End. If  you want to add items to it, you can. You can also explore the functionality of the POS, though our setup & training is not included as part of this package.

•   This is software only. No hardware is included in the offer. You must supply own iPad or make arrangements with us.

•   At the end of the 90 days, you may cancel the service with no termination fee for the software or online ordering.

•   You may elect to use the service and add capabilities at any time during, or after, the 90 day period at normal rates - a quote will be provided upon request.

•   You will be messaged when 30 days remain of the 90 day free trial period. When 15 days remain, the notification will be resent. On the final day, a message will be sent stating that if the account doesn’t move to paid services, it will be deactivated in 7 days.  Sixty days following the end of the trial period, all account information will be purged.
