The MTPT Project Return to Work Coaching Application
Thank you for your interest in Return to Work coaching with The MTPT Project.  

If you have a positive relationship with your school or union, we encourage you to talk to them about your motivation to receive return to work coaching with The MTPT Project.  There are four ways that they can support you:

1. If you work for a Harris Federation, Oasis Community Learning, or SENDAT Academies, your coaching is fully funded.

2. Your school can fund your coaching sessions and certification from their CPD budget.

3. We also have funded places available for some NEU members, and can make funding requests on your behalf.

A programme of professional coaching, including four sessions of coaching and certification costs £420.  Please indicate your funding choice below.  

If you cannot cover the costs of the coaching through the above options, then why not consider joining our more cost-effective Sustain and Grow group coaching programme?  Find our more about these at https://www.mtpt.org.uk/sustain-and-grow

If you do NOT feel that it would be appropriate to discuss your MTPT coaching with your school, then we are still committed to ensuring that you benefit from our coaching whenever we have pro-bono coaching sessions available.  Whilst these are infrequent, we can inform you of them via email.

Please note: we ask a number of demographic details so that we can ensure that the community benefitting from the work of The MTPT Project accurately reflects our workforce and the students that we teach.
