***THIS IS AN APPLICATION ONLY. NOT ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FURTHER ACTION WILL BE NEEDED UPON APPROVAL. CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR UPDATES ON THE APPLICATION PROCESS ***
Pricing:
- Hot Food Vendor: $120 per event
- Craft Vendor: $45 per event
- Non-Profit/Solicitor: $40 per event (Only 4 Non-Profit/Solicitor spots are available per event)
Vendor Responsibilities:
- You must bring everything you need for your setup. This includes generators as electricity is NOT provided.
- If you have a tent, you must have weights for all four of the legs.
- You will be held responsible for your garbage and cleanup of your space.
- If you are a food vendor, we ask that you please provide a garbage receptacle outside of your booth or truck for your customers.
Special Notices:
- Vendors will be given a 10ft wide space. Each vendor must remain within their spot and the front of each booth may not extend past the parking spaces painted on the street.
- Saxonburg Area Business Association and Saxonburg Borough will not be held accountable for damage done to or by your business. The Vendor agrees to hold full responsibility for their space during the duration of the event.
- This is an outdoor event and subject to inclement weather. We set up rain or shine. In the rare event of a cancellation due to weather, no refunds will be issued.
- As part of the checkout process you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions. Additionally, Hot Food Vendors will need to provide their Insurance Certificate Holder #, PA AG #, and proof of Food License.
